ABOUT
The Journal is here to keep students updated on the latest news, headlines, and happenings in the school which will help students feel welcomed and united. However, it goes beyond just that. The newspaper will create a loving, positive, and accepting community between students who work together and strive together. We are hoping that the newspaper will encouraging students to go out of their comfort zone, engage with their peers, trigger critical thinking, and gain effective communication skills. We also are hoping that the newspaper would be a great tool for incoming 9th graders so they can feel as if they are joining a new family in our school. Our school contains so many people with many unique ideas, putting them all together has made this newspaper one of a kind.
